By accessing or using any services provided by FangHosting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to game server hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors.
FangHosting is operated by FangHosting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, with its principal place of business at 8401 Mayland Dr, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law.
FangHosting provides game server hosting services including, but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To access our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
FangHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use our services only for legitimate game server hosting and related activities.
You agree NOT to use our services for any of the following:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Services are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize FangHosting to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your selected plan.
FangHosting currently accepts the following payment methods: credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at our discretion.
Invoices are issued 7 days before the renewal date. Payment is due within 2 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within that period, your services will be suspended. If your account remains unpaid for 7 days after suspension, your server and all associated data will be permanently terminated and deleted. FangHosting is not responsible for any data loss resulting from non-payment suspensions or terminations.
FangHosting reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing customers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price changes affecting their active services.
FangHosting does not offer refunds except at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our discretion, issue account credits or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages caused by FangHosting. Refunds will not be issued for:
FangHosting strives to maintain high availability for all hosted services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. FangHosting is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
While FangHosting may perform periodic backups of server data, we do not guarantee data backup or recovery. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all game server data, configurations, and files. FangHosting is not liable for any data loss regardless of cause.
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with FangHosting are the property of FangHosting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
FangHosting may use third-party providers for network infrastructure, DDoS protection (such as CosmicGuard or similar services), payment processing, and other functions. Your use of our services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FANGHOSTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FANGHOSTING IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FangHosting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you host or transmit through our services.
You may cancel your services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the FangHosting client billing portal. Cancellations requested via Discord, email, live chat, or any other channel are not considered official and will not be processed. All services are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle and will continue to renew until a formal cancellation request is submitted through the billing portal.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. FangHosting is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel through the official process. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will be suspended and data may be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor (including PayPal) without first contacting FangHosting support to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. If you have a billing concern, you must contact us at hello@fanghosting.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
In the event that a chargeback or dispute is filed, FangHosting reserves the right to:
Service termination resulting from a chargeback or payment dispute will not be eligible for restoration, regardless of the outcome of the dispute. FangHosting will provide full cooperation and documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in all chargeback disputes.
FangHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
FangHosting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
FangHosting respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We provide hosting services to customers and are not responsible for content hosted on customer servers. We qualify for safe harbor protection as a service provider under the DMCA.
If you believe that content hosted through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@fanghosting.com including: your name, address, phone number, email, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in Virginia.
FangHosting will terminate the accounts of customers who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
